Rima'a Da'as (Ph.D.)

I am a lecturer at the school of Education, Division of Policy, Administration, and Leadership in Education at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

My research areas include organizational learning, school reform and change, leaders’ cognitive complexity and cognitive aspects of education administration research, leadership characteristics and school outcomes, impact of political and cultural contexts on perceptions of leadership, and leadership for society.

My work has been published in many journals including Personnel Psychology, 'Compare' Journal of Comparative Education, Educational Management Administration & Leadership, Leadership and Policy in Schools, Journal of Educational Administration and International Journal of Educational Management.

Among other research projects, I am currently engaged in two years study titled " Leading crisis: Developing a scale for principals’ leadership in crises times". Funded by Chief ScientistIsrael's Ministry of Education.
